Every Dog Has a Story Worth Telling

Sometimes we don't realize we're creating a story while we're living it.

We're just going through our days. Waking up, going for walks, running errands, taking trips, sitting together at the end of the day. And somewhere along the way, our dogs become part of all of it.

Before long, they become part of the chapter we're living. They're there for the everyday routines, the adventures, the quiet moments and everything in between.

Our dogs are part of the chapters of our lives, but to them, we are their whole story.

That makes their story worth remembering.

The life we share with them matters. The experiences we have together matter. The ways they become part of our everyday lives matter.

Because they matter.

We don't always think about it that way while we're living it. We're simply going through our days together, making memories without realizing that's what we're doing.

But every dog has a story.

And every one of those stories deserves to be told.

That's what I love about being a pet photographer. I get to help tell a small part of that story through photographs—preserving a piece of the life you share with your dog, exactly as it is in this chapter.
